SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Pickup

  • Where pickup is available, once the order has been processed. We will contact you to give you details of the closets pickup location available near you.

Australian Capital Territory

  • Items 5kg and under will be shipped via airbag/parcel
  • We do not ship liquids or aerosols at this current time.
  • Standard shipping fee of $15 applies for order under $99.
  • Free shipping is available for orders $99 or above with discount code "Free" applied at checkout.

NSW Sydney Metro Customers Only

  • Due to current covid restrictions in NSW, certain products have delivery restrictions to certain suburbs, please contact us to enquire before making a purchase.
  • Orders that are $99 or over will receive free delivery.
  • Orders Under $99 will be charged a $10 Delivery Fee.

NSW Rural/Remote Customers

  • Please contact us before purchasing to get a quote on freight cost for items over 5kg
  • Any items 5kg and under can be shipped via air/parcel with the usual metro conditions applying.

Queensland

  • Items 5kg and under will be shipped via airbag/parcel

  • Items 5kg and under will be shipped via airbag/parcel

Shipping Carriers

At Lyto we use either our own driver or Australia Post & Startrack to ship our orders. This is to ensure that the order arrives to our customers in timely manner and hassle free.

Pickup/ PO Box

We do not currently offer pickup or shipping to PO Box address.

Dispatch & Handling Time

Most products are dispatched between 2 hrs - 5 days once the order is placed. Dispatch time will vary depending on stock availability within the warehouse and our suppliers. But we will contact the customer if any issues arises.

 

Order Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, we will give the tracking number. But if the order is being delivered by our driver then he will contact you.

Stock Availability

Dispatch and delivery time is subject to availability of stock. Due to any unforeseen reason that a product isn't available while its being dispatched. We will contact the customer to let them know of the situation. The customer will have the option of waiting for the product to come in. Get an alternative product if available or receive a full refund.

Dangerous Goods and Liquids

We do not deliver dangerous goods or Liquids unless it is local, please contact us before purchasing to see if we are able to deliver into your address or to see if we can make some arrangements.
